Hayward Silicon Valley Indian Lions Club is part of Lions Clubs International (LCI), the world's largest service club organization. Our club members are dedicated to bettering the quality of life of the less fortunate people in our community and around the world.We are a group of civic minded men and women who have banded together to do things they cannot do alone. A person is rewarded in Lionism by the pleasure and satisfaction of serving others; by way of improving the community in which he or she lives; and by endeavoring to leave the world a better place than he or she found it. It doesn't matter whether we do free vision screening, preserving sight, engage in disaster relief, serving the youth or planting trees; we are making an impact in our community. We are proud to say that Silicon Valley Club Member's service and support are significantly impacting our communities.By investing time and effort in club activities, a person receives dividends in new friendships, new status in the community, a new awareness of God's many blessings, and a heart-warming sense of fulfillment from doing something good for others.
